What kind of message did Khamenei convey to Hezbollah? New details from the NYT

Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei conveyed a message to Hezbollah expressing support for a ceasefire.

This was reported by The New York Times (NYT) on Monday, November 18, citing two anonymous sources high in the leadership of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).

To discuss the issue, Khamenei’s top adviser Ali Larijani, considered by many analysts to be one of Iran’s most powerful politicians, traveled to Beirut to meet with senior Lebanese officials, including the speaker of the Lebanese Parliament, Nabih Berri. Larijani made it clear that Iran would support the “axis of resistance to Zionist aggression” under any circumstances.

According to the NYT, Larijani conveyed the following message to Hezbollah:

“Accept the ceasefire proposal. Accept now and we will help you recover after the war.”

Earlier, Kursor reported that Ali Larijani, top advisor to Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, was visiting the Middle East. According to sources, the objective of his visit is to strengthen cooperation between Iran and Lebanon. Iran attaches great importance to the stability of Lebanon and the role of Nabih Berri in relations with international and regional partners.

According to sources close to the axis of evil, there are two key aspects that Berry must pay attention to. First, it is important to change the perception of the conflict as a war between Israel and Hezbollah.
