“First of all, it is necessary to note general technical literacy and digital skills, which today no highly qualified specialist can do without. The more new technologies appear in our lives, the more often employers hire people with programming experience and work with artificial intelligence.
According to him, if a teenager already masters the basic skills of programming, digital design and big data analysis, he will be more competitive in the future.
Furthermore, according to the expert, the next very important group of skills is critical thinking and problem solving.
However, professionals in all fields must first develop their communication skills. At the same time, leadership skills are also important.
