The action protocol for the missing at DANA in Valencia has been updated. As shown the Superior Court of Justice of the Valencian Communitya series of steps must be taken to report a case of disappearance. There are hundreds of people whoand are missing after torrential rains and floods in the Levant.
The first step of the procedure is to file a complaint at the Prefecture of the Civil Guard or at the Superior Prefecture of Police. Once this is done, officers will contact the families where they will confirm the identification of this person, in case he or she is deceased.
In this case, officers will advise families that they should contact with funeral services and going to court.
There are now 221 deaths due to DANA which devastated many places in the province of Valencia. Additionally, hundreds of people are missing as a result of the rains and the floods they left in their wake.
