What’s happening with the currency? Ruble exchange rate against the dollar, euro and yuan on September 5

This afternoon, the Central Bank of the Russian Federation set a new official exchange rate for the dollar, euro and yuan for September 5.

The dollar will be quoted at 88.9288 rubles (previously 0.3170 rubles lower). The euro also rose in price, reaching 98.0725 rubles (+ 0.2604 rubles).

The official exchange rate of the Chinese yuan was set by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation at 12.5086 rubles (+ 0.3980 rubles).
