Russian President Vladimir Putin has proposed a series of changes to the definition of the conditions for the use of nuclear weapons.
Oku.Az reports that this was reported on the Kremlin’s Telegram channel.
According to the amendments, the category of states and military alliances where nuclear deterrence is implemented is expanded.
Furthermore, it is proposed that aggression by a non-nuclear state against Russia with the participation or support of any nuclear state should be considered as joint aggression.
