It will be a decade since the enormous Apple Store opened its doors on Madrid’s Puerta del Sol (which, remember, required changing the location of the legendary Tío Pepe brand). Since then, the apple company has opened ten other stores in Spain and, to mark this anniversary, it will also open its twelfth store in the capital this year. But where exactly?
Where and when will the new Apple Store in Madrid open
The new Apple Store will open on November 28 at the La Vaguada shopping center, located in the Madrid district of Pilar. This store will offer customers in the north of Madrid a more accessible alternative to the Puerta del Sol store, since it is located in an area well served both by road, with the M-30 nearby, and by metro line 9.
In addition, La Vaguada fits the Cupertino company like a glove. This center is one of the largest and busiest in the capital, with a wide variety of shops, restaurants and leisure spaces, making it an ideal location for the multinational.

What will the new Apple Store in Madrid look like?
The store will be designed to Apple standards, allowing customers to try out its full range of products in situ, from iPhones and iPads to Macs and Apple Watches. In addition, it will provide a space to resolve doubts, obtain personalized advice and have direct experiences with the brand’s technology.
Among the services offered, we find the Genius Barwhere Apple experts will help users with technical issues on their devices. Customers will be able to benefit from expert support and questions to get the most out of their Apple products.
Additionally, the store will offer free workshops and training sessions. These activities, taught by qualified Apple staff, will aim to teach users how to get the most out of their devices, from the basics to advanced features.
To celebrate the opening, Apple organized activities and surprises for the first visitors on November 28. Among the attractions of the inauguration are the presentation of gifts and an exclusive logo for the occasion, designed in the “chulapo” style, which pays homage to Madrid culture.
