According to the analysis, the situation is as follows:
- The United States provides 69% of the total arms supply to Israel. These include aircraft, armored vehicles, ships and ammunition.
- Germany: 28% of exports, which go mainly to the Israeli navy. Approximately 81% of German supplies are missile boats, 10% are torpedoes and 8.5% are engines for armored vehicles.
- Italy supplies around 0.9% of Israeli weapons, mainly light helicopters (59%). The remaining 41% are naval cannons for ships that Germany supplies to Israel. Italy also participates in the F-35 program, producing selected components.
- The United Kingdom occupies 0.3% of the arms supply market to Israel. The country has not exported significant quantities of weapons since the 1970s, but supplies components for various systems, such as aircraft (including the F-35), submarines, radars and body armor.
- France: 0.1% of supplies. The last major export arms shipment was sent in 1998. Since then, France has only supplied components, including electronic systems for drones.
- Spain: less than 0.1%. The main supplies consist of components for different types of weapons, the details are not specified.
In addition to these countries, suppliers include the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Canada, but their export volumes are extremely small and limited to a narrow range of products.
Earlier, French President Emmanuel Macron reinforced his call for an arms embargo on Israel, arguing that stopping the export of weapons used in conflict zones such as Gaza and Lebanon was the only realistic way to stop the fighting. In his opinion, this is a key step to end military confrontations in these regions.
Macron also criticized Israel, accusing it of deliberately attacking UN peacekeepers stationed in southern Lebanon. The French president stressed that these types of actions by Israeli troops are “absolutely unacceptable.” He expressed concern that international peacekeeping forces were being attacked, which he said was unacceptable and violated international standards.
