For the first time in history, a representative from the United Arab Emirates won this prestigious competition. The best model in the world was plastic surgeon Mahra Lutfrey, who managed to beat 59 competitors.

In the final she competed for the title with the representative of Indonesia, who, despite her worthy performance, received the title “Miss Planet Angel” for her achievements in the field of ecology and support for the sustainable development goals of the UN. The organizers of the contest highlighted that the project aims not only to choose the most beautiful girl, but also to support social and environmental initiatives.
Mahra Luthfrey has already expressed her gratitude for the support on her Instagram page, where she has almost 10 million followers. She highlighted the historic nature of her victory for the United Arab Emirates and thanked all those who believed in her.
“I became the first UAE citizen to win an international beauty pageant. Thank you to Cambodia and everyone who voted for me,” Luthfrey wrote.
He also emphasized that he used the contest as a platform to promote sustainable development goals and his scientific research.
Luthfrey was recognized not only as the winner of the pageant, but also as the owner of the title “Miss Planet Social Media.” As part of the competition, he presented his work in plant stem cell research, focusing on regeneration and improving environmental sustainability.
