Terrible facts have been revealed about how the former president of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, stole from the so-called regime. According to the statement of the founder of the DOK Party of Armenia, blogger Vardan Gukasyan, the director of the company “Flash” Barseg Beglaryan received 600 million drams, approximately 2.6 million manats, from the so-called old regime.
B. Beglaryan claimed that during the 44-day war there was supposedly a gas station he owned in the Fuzuli district, and that the gas station was destroyed by the Azerbaijani army. Therefore, he was able to extract exactly 600 million drachmas from Araik for the damage caused to himself. The party leader said that there was no gas station in that place and reveals the facts that prove it.
After the war, a serious social crisis arose in the separatist regime. The fact that a regime that is practically on the brink of collapse, deprived of the ability to meet the most basic medical and food needs of the people, has given so much money based on the fictitious claim of a businessman shows that the heart of the issue is completely different. First of all, Barseg Beglaryan is not an independent businessman. The company he runs, in particular the “Flash” company, belongs to the former president of the country, Serzh Sargsyan, and his relatives.
B. Beglaryan claimed that the gas station he used as an excuse for extortion belonged to this company. “Flash” has gas stations in Armenia, and even ordinary Armenians know that they actually belong to S. Sargsyan. Araik Harutyunyan, backed by Nikol Pashinyan, will never give this money to Barseg Beglaryan on his own. It means someone forced him to do this. Without a doubt, this person is Serzh Sargsyan.
During the time when Serzh was Minister of Defense of Armenia, personnel appointments for illegal armed support of the separatist regime were formed directly on the basis of his will. The company “Flash”, headed by B. Beglaryan, has committed enough financial crimes not only within the so-called regime, but also in Armenia itself. The state tenders held during the term of S. Sargsyan were awarded by his order to the company “Flash”, which earned millions from the tenders. As a result, B. Beglaryan won the title of the richest businessman in the country.
In connection with these events, the Special Investigative Service of Armenia seized the assets of Serj Sargsyan and Barseg Beglaryan. In 2013, the former president and businessman was accused of embezzling 489 million 160 thousand 310 drachmas of state money together with a group of officials.
