The deputy noted that the draft changes were discussed today at the meeting of the Labor and Social Policy Committee of the Milli Majlis and recommended to the plenary session:

“According to the current legislation, children of the mentioned category, as well as people among them, when they get a job for the first time, will receive a one-time allowance of not less than five times the average monthly salary (5,017.5 manats), as well as In addition to clothing, shoes, textile items, equipment or their own property, according to their wishes, they receive monetary compensation (265 manats). For the purposes of more effective social security, it was proposed to include monetary compensation in this amount. of 6 thousand manats.”

According to him, this right applies to people who have lost their parents and are deprived of parental care, as well as to those among them:

“When they get a job for the first time, they already have the right to apply for this benefit. Our citizens who have the right to receive this benefit can contact the structural unit of the State Social Protection Fund, the center “DOST” or the “relatives of martyrs and military personnel injured in war” in their place of residence can submit applications to single coordination centers for applications from employees and people with disabilities.

In this case, the following documents are required:

– a copy of the identity document and birth certificate;

– a copy of the work book;

– death certificate of the parents or a reference to it from the district (city) registration departments of the Ministry of Justice.
