Parking spaces and escalators in the so-called Winter Park area of the capital are in deplorable condition.
Residents say that although monthly parking prices in underground car parks have increased, they are unable to use the services.
Regarding this issue, the Azerbaijan Land Transport Agency said that when the underground parking lot under the Winter Park was delivered, there were a number of shortcomings:
“During the handover, it was found that the elevators and escalators were defective and not working. A major overhaul of the elevators and escalators in the car park is planned.”
