“How should it be?” from Baku TV. A new issue of the column has been published.
The following edition addressed the issue of traffic management on Jafar Jabbarli Street in the capital.
Although there is a 1.20 warning sign on the street, pedestrians are crossing the road illegally. This means a potential risk of accidents. There have been numerous traffic accidents on the street, resulting in pedestrians being hit.
A pedestrian is obliged to cross the road either from above, i.e. without the intersection with Nakhchivani Street, or to travel a considerable distance and cross the exit from the “Nizami” metro station. I wonder who is responsible – pedestrians or the road infrastructure that encourages them to break the rules?
In the detailed plot:
Why is there no pedestrian crossing on the central street of Baku?
