According to him, the fact that his car was in this condition made his job difficult. It has become difficult for a young person who cannot leave the house to move around comfortably. He appealed to the Orthopedic Prosthetic Rehabilitation Center of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population for what happened to him. From there they told him that they could not renew the car. The reason is that it is renewed every 5 years.
In this regard, the State Agency for Medical-Social Expertise and Rehabilitation said that the reason why the citizen’s problem was not resolved was that he did not officially apply to the institution.
