Baku TV prepared another story about the underground parking lot located under the “Winter Park” on Fuzuli Street in the capital.
In the first plot it was reported that the first 15 minutes of this parking are paid. During the second plot, parking was free for the first 15 minutes.
However, a few days after presenting this plot, according to several requests received by the channel’s hotline, I was told that I had to pay for the first 15 minutes of parking in the same way as before.
