The legislation, as a rule, approved with 75 votes in favor and 37 against, is aimed at introducing a legal framework for administrative simplification, digitalization of procedures and services, good practice of regulating and strengthening technological capabilities in three state orders.
After the vote was released, the upper house sent this opinion to the federal executive executive for the purposes of the constitutional article 72.
This law establishes the MX key as a mechanism for identifying in digital media and the ability to perform procedures that will be associated with the owner’s Kurpa.
“Each MX key account should be connected with the course of its owner. Kurp is a unique source of people’s personality, therefore it will be a requirement in the procedures and services in which it is necessary to identify, authenticate or check the personality of a person, ”Article 65 said.

This new legislation will enter into force a day after it is published in the official newspaper of the Federation (DOF).
