“The Student Education Loan Fund provides loans only to full-time, self-paying students. To cover other student expenses, introduce changes to the rules or innovations related to the Fund’s activities, international studies and analyses are periodically conducted. “
This was announced by the Education Student Loan Fund (TTK) in response to a request from “Trend”.
It was noted that the general management of the Fund is carried out by the Board of Trustees.
“The Council meets several times a year. At these meetings new proposals are expressed, discussed and decisions are made. Only after that additions and changes are made to the Rules. If there is any official decision on the mentioned issue or other innovations, and if the rules are changed, the public will be notified.
To date, the Fund has received around 54,000 applications and around 42,000 educational loan contracts have been formalised.
In the new academic year, i.e. at the beginning of the 2024-2025 academic year, more than 7,600 applications were submitted to the e-portal and approximately 4,700 student loan contracts were concluded. Other applications are currently being processed. Currently, students are applying to TTK. Students can apply for a loan through the e-ttkf.edu.az portal until the end of the autumn semester,” he added.
