The bug in the “BakiKart” mobile application has not been fixed for over a month. Citizens are worried about money being withdrawn from their accounts.
Baku.ws has contacted the Azerbaijan Land Transport Agency (AYNA) in this regard.
In response to a question, the press service of the institution reported that the process of eliminating the malfunction is underway:
Work is continuing to eliminate the technical failure in the “BakiKart” application. We ask passengers to temporarily use “BakiKart” cards and other available alternatives for payment in public transport.
It should be noted that the citizens’ accounts and the funds stored there were not deleted. After launching the application, it will be possible to use the funds deposited in the accounts.”
