JAKARTA – MNC Cares received five awards simultaneously at Nusantara CSR, 2025. This award was awarded to the La Tofi social responsibility school in the central jaccart on Wednesday (7/7/2025).
The head of the MNC CSR group, Tengu Havid, who represented a reward, showed that each program managed by MNC takes care of winning five awards at the same time not only a symbol of social assistance, but also a specific form of environmental and community.
One of the excellent programs told by Tengu Havid is a circular economic practice in the special economic zone of Lido (KEK).
“We have events that are environmental in nature both in our own MNC Center offices and in the special economic zone in Lido. But besides, we also have events outside. Well, there are five activities, among other things, for Lido, we have a guide for the surrounding community, ”said Havid Tengka.
There, said Tengka Havid, MNC Peduli took the surrounding community to use the harvest and manure waste, which he had previously only thrown away, then became food, fertilizers and even organic energy sources to support local agriculture and liquid.
“Until now, garbage, not agricultural crop is the same as cattle mud, we usually use it again, it rotates, so garbage can be used for agricultural purposes and livestock itself, so it reduces the cost, but the cost of waste is nutritically higher,” Tengu said.
“We create a feed bank that produces high -quality grass for goats and cattle. All of them are based on organic conditions using existing waste. This is not only effective in cost, but also reduces dependence on commercial fertilizers, ”he added.
