He had already done so before, notably last May.
Officers from the Puente de Vallecas General Police Station of the Madrid Municipal Police arrested a woman for a crime of domestic violence for threatening her boyfriend with a knife large dimensions in a house in the neighborhood, reported a spokesperson for the local organization.
The intervention took place last Sunday at 7:30 p.m. on Venancio Martín Street. The agents were contacted by the station because a 50-year-old person was threatened with a knife by his partner, with whom he had been in a relationship for three years.
When he arrived, the victim said he had argued with his girlfriend the same day and was threatened with a large knife, which is why he struggled with her and managed to escape to the bedroom. After the explanations, he handed the knife to the officers.
Additionally, the man showed officers another video recorded in May in which his girlfriend threatened him again with a knife. The 41-year-old inmate said she did not attack her at any time because “they only argued.” She is charged with a felony of domestic violence.
