A saleswoman at the central department store is accused of stealing gold from customers.
According to information obtained by “Qafqazinfo”, the crime was solved after those deceived appealed to the police.
In the investigative materials it is written that Gunay Muradaliyeva, 31, who works as a saleswoman in the central department store, took a large amount of money by pledging the gold she took for sale from three people to one of the pawnshops. and banks operating under the name “Yeter” LLC. He used the money for his personal purposes.
The total amount of gold entrusted to Guna by the three victims was estimated at 103,000 manats.
Gunay Muradaliyeva was charged with fraud in the investigation by the Main Cybercrime Department of the Ministry of Interior. A mandatory “do not go anywhere else” restraining order was imposed on him.
More than half of the damages were paid to the victims during the ongoing investigation at the Investigation and Investigation Department of the Main Office of Combating Cybercrime. For this reason it was not necessary to arrest him.
Subsequently, G. Muradaliyeva’s act was classified as a crime of embezzlement. The continuation of the investigation of the case was entrusted to the Sabail District Prosecutor’s Office. The collected materials were sent to the Baku Serious Crimes Court after the final indictment of the accused.
The judge decided that the accused should be tried freely.
