The works council of Gizain Foundationa public body of the Government of Navarra for the Management of Social Services, published this Friday a press release to inform of the next mobilizations that the staff will carry out during the month of November due to the situation of non-application of the I Foundation Agreement Gizain and the blockage in which the negotiation finds itself of the Second Convention.
From the Foundation, they assure that the Government of Navarra is “in violation of Article 6.3 of the “I Gizain Foundation Agreement” which specifies the following: “As of January 2023, the remuneration of FG staff, adding the notions of basic salary and post complement, will be equal to that of the FNTPA (FUNDAPA), and the period during which the agreement is “If they are in ultra-activity, the salary increase that generally applies to the staff of the Public Administrations of Navarre will be applied.”
This salary This is equivalent to 93% of the administration salary in 2023 and the same salary plus the 2% increase in 2024, which is that granted to the staff of the Public Administrations of Navarre.
On the other hand, they denounce the “blocked situation in the negotiation of the II Gizain Foundation Agreement”. The Director General adopted a “immobile attitude” putting a spoke in the wheels since the start of negotiations in March 2023, the agreement having been in ultra-active mode since January 2024.
Likewise, they indicate having maintained “meetings with different political groups“present in the Parliament of Navarre who “have mainly demonstrated their support for respect and application throughout the Agreement from the I Gizain Foundation“.

THE mobilizations The next dates are as follows:
- Three-hour strikes will be carried out on Monday, November 18 at the following times:
- Morning shift: from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.
- Afternoon shift: 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Concentration from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Department of Social Rights located on Calle González Tablas Nº 7.
- Strike of Gizain Foundation workers on Tuesday, November 26 with the following mobilizations:
- 9:30 a.m. concentration at Casa Gurbindo, Calle Vuelta de Aranzadi 8. Demonstration at 12:00 p.m. from the offices of the Gizain Foundation, Calle Mutilva Alta 17 – to Calle González Tablas (Department of Social Rights) and Carlos III No. 2 (Deputation ). ).
- Demonstration at 6 p.m. from Plazuela San José to Calle Curia, Calle Mercaderes, Calle Nueva, Calle San Miguel, Paseo Sarasate, Plaza del Vı́nculo, Calle Alhóndiga and Paseo Sarasate.
