Showers could be locally heavy and drop up to 15 liters per square meter in an hour
The overcast sky portends a rainy Monday in Cordoba. The State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) had already predicted this a few days ago and today also activated the yellow alert due to heavy rain and thunderstorms, which could be triggered from 12:00 p.m. and until 9:00 p.m.
Thus, as announced on its web portal, the notice extends to Cordoba Campaign and to the areas of Los Pedroches and the Sierrawhere it might rain 15 liters per square meter in one hour.
As for temperatures, they will remain high: the maximums could reach the 30 degrees. From Tuesday they will start to fall and reach 23 on Friday. As for the minimums, they will be between the 14 expected on Friday and the 17 next Saturday.
