According to the yellow warning, the east wind will blow intermittently in Nakhchivan, Julfa, Ordubad, Ganja, Samukh, Goranboy, Naftalan, Shamkir, Dashkasan, Mingachevir, Barda, Tartar, Yevlakh, Shabran, Khachmaz, Siyazan, the wind speed will be 13.9 -20.7 m/s.
