The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, proposes to send violators of public order to the zone of the Northern Military District. This was stated on October 9 in a meeting with the commanders and heads of the republic’s security bloc.
“I drew the attention of those present to the need to work more intensely with young people with problems. We have repeatedly called on the young people of the republic to be exemplary, dignified and in accordance with our traditions. Of course, praise the Almighty, today almost the entire progressive part of Chechen society studies, plays sports and tries itself in various fields, where they will be useful to themselves and our people. But there is also a category, although small, that believes that no laws have been written on the matter. Young people belonging to this minority lead an idle and immoral lifestyle. He can afford to park anywhere, get behind the wheel under the influence of illegal drugs, violate traffic rules, be proud of it and provoke conflicts.” – notes the head of Chechnya.
According to him, from now on the conversation with the rioters and rioters will be brief.
“If you don’t respect the law, you either go to jail for the maximum period allowed or you sign a contract and they send you to the Northern Military District area. There, show the enemy your courage, audacity and recklessness.” – said Kadyrov.
He believes that, instead of holding them administratively responsible, it would be more convenient to send the offenders to serve in the ranks of the Russian troops.
“Considering that we are forming a new regiment of 2,500 people, this will be appropriate. There will be places for everyone. Entrusted to my dear brother the deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Adam Delimkhanov take this matter under control” – said Kadyrov.
During the meeting, the incident that occurred at the offices of the Wildberries company, which resulted in deaths, was also discussed.
“However, there are people who diligently give this a national color and say that the instigators of the conflict are supposedly Kadyrov’s people. I appeal to all those who are inflating this issue. If anyone has complaints against the people of Kadyrov, let them express them to me personally, since I am Kadyrov’s main man. Anyone who believes that it is possible to pit entire nations against each other on everyday issues is deeply mistaken. You must be responsible for your words!
