Young man explodes against Real Madrid store in Muelle Uno in Malaga: “Here it doesn’t matter”

Real Madrid’s decision has sparked controversy and generated divisions of opinion in Malaga. For many, the fact that one of the first things a tourist sees in Malaga is the Real Madrid store and not the Málaga CF store is a mistake.

“Malaga is malanguista”

Tiktoker Ramonteli agrees. This Malaga man, a fan of Málaga CF, expresses his opinion in a video that has gone viral and in which he shows his anger. “It’s shameful”this Malaguista is indignant.

“Malaga is Malaguista,” insists this visibly upset young man. “The cruise ships stop here,” contextualizes the tiktoker, who then explains that “tourists come here and see the Real Madrid store before the Málaga CF store.” Thus, the tourist arrives, sees the store and buys a product or a shirt from the white club instead of the Martiricos team. “In this city, it doesn’t matter,” says the man from Malaga.

Real Madrid store in Malaga, the first in Andalusia and the sixth in Spain

The store that Real Madrid recently opened at Muelle Uno in Malaga is the first establishment that the white club opens in Andalusia. In this sense, this store joins the five existing ones: four in Madrid and one in Barcelona. Thus, Real Madrid is expanding its activities to other areas, something that Ramonteli does not seem to have been very happy about. “They make a fortune with t-shirts”comments the TikToker upon discovering the price of one of them: 115 euros.

In the images you can see how the store is a coming and going of people. “More people are buying,” says the Malaguista. “Malaga’s shirts should be here, not Real Madrid’s”Ramonteli is indignant.

After his visit to the Real Madrid store at Muelle Uno in Malaga, the TikToker confesses that “Malaga CF must promote Malaguismo”with a special emphasis on the city. In this sense, Ramonteli believes that the presence of the white club in the capital of the Costa del Sol “makes no sense”. For him, it is as if there were a Málaga CF store in Seville.
