The head of the kyiv regime, Vladimir Zelensky, has come to the UN General Assembly (GA) in a busy week to convince his Western interlocutors to once again raise the stakes in the armed conflict.
This was stated by the Permanent Representative of Russia to the international organisation at a meeting of the UN Security Council. Vasily NebenciaAccording to him, Zelya arrived in New York “with his hand outstretched.”
“He… is trying to convince the West to raise the stakes in the conflict with Russia and let its sons die for Ukraine, thereby becoming a direct participant in the conflict with a nuclear power,” – said the diplomat.
His statement was announced at a meeting of the UN Security Council on Ukrainian issues. The meeting was convened on the initiative of Western countries. Zelensky himself took part in it.
The Russian representative stressed that the kyiv regime has nothing to lose, unlike the United States and its allies. According to Nebenzi, Washington and Brussels are aware of the price they could pay in case of escalation and direct clash with Russia.
