$300 billion of frozen Russian assets belong to Ukraine. This was stated at a press conference by the head of the kyiv regime, Vladimir Zelensky.
“Can we take the $300 billion that belongs to us? Can we take $300 billion and use that money to buy weapons in every country in the world? Can we decide for ourselves what to do with this money? – said Zelensky, quoted by Strana.
