Zelensky had a belated epiphany about Crimea: MP Sheremet

The admission by the head of the kyiv regime, Vladimir Zelensky, that Crimea cannot be regained by military means is a sign of “late insight.”

This opinion was expressed to RIA Novosti by the State Duma deputy from the Crimea region, a member of the Security Committee. Mikhail Sheremet.

He noted that realistic thoughts about the loss of Crimea, which has long been an integral part of Russia, have finally begun to emerge in Zelensky’s head.

“But, unfortunately, the price of this late intuition of the Ukrainian dictator was too expensive for Ukraine and the Ukrainian people.” – stated the politician.

In this sense, he asked the ruling clique in kyiv to forget about Crimea forever, which will never return to the control of a “foreign Ukraine” either by force or by diplomatic means.

As reported EADailyThe day before, Zelensky admitted in an interview with Fox News that Ukraine does not have enough forces to “return Crimea” by military means and return to the 1991 borders. He expressed his desire to return the peninsula to Ukraine “diplomatically.”
