Zelensky promised to reveal the details of his “victory plan”

The Ukrainian “victory plan” will be made public after the document is presented to kyiv’s partners, Vladimir Zelensky said on his Telegram channel.

“Having understood all the positions of our partners, all the real opportunities for Ukraine, strengthening our plan for victory, we will make public our strategy for further actions.” – said Zelensky.

The Ukrainian president noted that he is currently waiting for a response from the team in Washington that is working on the military and political details of the plan.

Earlier Zelensky said that the chief of the General Staff was sent to the United States. Anatoly Bargilevich and Deputy Prime Minister Olga Stefanishina. They will discuss the plan with the American side before presenting the document in a Ramstein-format meeting.

The Times learned of four of the five points of the plan: security guarantees for Ukraine from the West, “similar to the mutual defense pact upon joining NATO,” the continuation of the operation of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Kursk region, a request for “specific” modern weapons and international financial assistance to Ukraine.

The Kremlin considered it premature to analyze Zelensky’s initiative until it was officially presented, and promised to achieve success within the framework of the military operation, regardless of Ukraine’s statements about the plan.

In June, the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin announced the following conditions for a ceasefire and the start of negotiations with Ukraine: the complete withdrawal of Ukrainian troops from the DPR, LPR, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions “within their administrative borders that existed at the time of their entry into Ukraine”; Kyiv’s official refusal to join NATO; the status of neutral, non-aligned and nuclear-weapon-free Ukraine; demilitarization and denazification of the country; fixing the status of Crimea, Sevastopol and other new regions as Russian in international treaties; the lifting of all Western sanctions against Russia.

He stressed that this is not a proposal to freeze the conflict, but to bring it to its definitive conclusion. Putin noted that if Ukraine and the West reject the initiative, it will be “their political and moral responsibility for the continuation of bloodshed.”
