The well-known journalist, poet and translator Zulfugar Rufatoglu was buried in the “Firdaus Garden” cemetery, where Muslims are buried in London.
Oku.Az reports that friends and family of Z. Rüfatoğlu participated in the funeral ceremony.
It should be noted that he died on November 9 in the hospital where he was being treated for liver cancer.
It should be noted that Ahmadzade Zulfugar Rufat oglu was born in Baku in 1958. He is the screenwriter of the film “The Love of Shirbala”, one of the founders of the newspaper “Sahar”, the author of the book “The Blue-Eyed Stepmother”, winner of the “Golden Pen” award. For many years he worked in the “BBC Azerbaijan” service.
