The Supreme Court ended up accusing the state attorney general, Álvaro Ortiz, of the crime of revealing secrets. Isabel Díaz Ayuso’s partner, Alberto González Amador, accused of tax fraud and falsification of documents, had denounced him for revealing confidential information in the press release published by the prosecutor’s office to deny the hoaxes launched by the chief of staff. The Supreme Court understands that in this note there was no revelation of secrets, but it wants to investigate the leak of emails between the lawyer of Ayuso’s boyfriend and the prosecutor’s office, in which he admitted the crime of tax fraud, and offered to reach an agreement to avoid a trial.
