Oku.Az Russian President’s press secretary Dmitry Peskov said this in an interview with journalists, according to Russian media reports.
“The story surrounding the International Criminal Court cannot and will not play a limiting role in the development of Russia’s bilateral relations and with partner states interested in establishing international relations,” the Kremlin representative said.
It should be noted that the International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant against V. Putin in 2023.
