In Nizhny Tagil, a five-year-old boy died as a result of a fire in an apartment building, the press service of the Sverdlovsk region prosecutor’s office reported.
It is reported that the fire occurred in an apartment on the fourth floor of an apartment building on Balakinskaya Street.
“A five-year-old child who was in this apartment died in the ambulance, initially due to poisoning by combustion products.” – says the message.
The exact cause of the fire will be determined based on the results of a fire-technical examination. A criminal case has been initiated regarding the incident under Part 1 of Art. 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (causing death by negligence).
