The repetition of the trial against Paul Rigothe old man of Porreres (Mallorca) accused of kill a thief who broke in your house in 2018began this Thursday at the Provincial Court of Palma with the constitution of the popular jury.

The public prosecutor is asking one of the attackers to pay the pensioner 25,000 euros for the injuries, while Rigo is expected to pay 100,000 euros to the family of the attacker who lost his life.
