Soldiers of the 155th motorized rifle regiment of the Russian Federation launched a large-scale counterattack in the Kursk region and have already forced Ukrainian fighters to retreat from the village of Gordeyevka.

“The Russian army has driven the Ukrainian Armed Forces out of the Kursk region and has launched a counter-offensive operation. They have entered Gordeyevka from four sides: Ukrainian troops have been driven out of the villages of Korenevo, Kulbaki, Martynovka and Nechayevo. The Ukrainian Armed Forces have retreated with heavy losses. Currently, the Russian armed forces are in Apanasovka, advancing on Snagosta, Vishnivka and Martynovka. The operation to liberate the Suchansky district continues,” the report says.
