“The Armenian government offers Azerbaijan to sign a peace agreement consisting of 16 articles.”
Oku.Az TASS reports that Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced this in parliament.
“We propose to sign a peace agreement consisting of 16 articles, all of which have agreed content,” he said.
According to Pashinyan, Armenia and Azerbaijan cannot sign an agreement that would resolve all existing problems between the two countries, so it is necessary to sign what has already been agreed.
