Who violated the first eight points of the tripartite declaration?

Against the backdrop of the intensification of negotiations on the Zangezur Corridor in recent days and Yerevan’s attempt to evade the obligations assumed after the capitulation, the ninth paragraph of the tripartite statement of November 10, 2020 (the conditions for opening relations between the greater part of Azerbaijan and the Nakhchivan enclave were mentioned here) is the only paragraph left on paper and discussions have intensified.

Oku.Az reports that this was reported in the following analytical plot of the “Calibre” “YouTube” channel.

“In Armenian political circles, the thesis was put forward and immediately began to be actively disseminated that Russia and Azerbaijan allegedly failed to fulfill the previous eight points, and now only after returning to these eight allegedly unfulfilled points, we can talk about the ninth point, and it is only in the Armenian interpretation.”

This was stated by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan at his press conference.

“Well, the field is open, let’s accept the invitation and review each of the eight points, let’s see who complied with what and who violated what,” the material states.
