The address of Asif Maharramov Street, 46, 5th microdistrict of the Nasimi district of Baku, was attacked by worms.
Oku.Az reports that the related video was shared on the social network.
“The trees in front of our building are infested with worms. We can’t go outside, we’re afraid to let the children into the yard. We’ve asked many times, but no one has come to see or shown any interest,” the resident said.
We have submitted a request to the Baku City Trade Union of Environmental Management on this issue.
From the institution Oku.AzIn response to the inquiry, it was reported that measures have been taken in this regard.
“A few days ago, a worm infestation was recorded on trees in the territory of the Nasimi district. Employees of the trade union visited the fifth microdistrict, on Asif Maharramov Street, in connection with this problem, and the trees have already been disinfected,” the statement said.
