The only concession, obtained after filing a complaint with the Supreme Court, was the call for a Conference of Presidents still undated, but focused on the housing problem and without discussing regional financing, a debate energized by the Catalan tax quota.
At the institutional meeting, the third that the two leaders have held since the regional leader of the PP also became the first non-socialist president of the Junta de Andalucía, Moreno handed Sánchez a dossier containing one hundred proposals and demands. Many of them had already been put on the table at the previous meetings of June 17, 2021 and July 28, 2022, which ended with good words and without concrete proposals.
