The defense stressed that 53 drones were intercepted and destroyed over the Bryansk region, 18 in the Krasnodar region, 5 in Kaluga, 3 in Tver, the same number in Belgorod, while in Smolensk, Kursk and annexed Crimea one drone was shot down each.

In the Tikhoretsk district of Krasnodar region, fragments of two downed drones caused a fire followed by the detonation of “explosive objects”, which forced the evacuation of the civilian population, according to local governor Veniamin Kondratiev, reported on Telegram.
“The Tikhoretsk district was targeted by a terrorist attack last night. Two drones were eliminated by the air defense and radio-electronic combat forces. Due to the fall of the remains, a fire broke out, which spread to the explosive objects. The detonation has begun,” he said without giving further details.
Kondratiev stressed that a reception center for evacuees had been created and said that following the incident there are no victims.
