“Camilla is 13 years old. We have been treating her almost since the day she was born. Every time she goes to the doctor, we hear about a new illness. They said that she urgently needs to receive ozone therapy. One session of this therapy costs 70 manats, and Kamilla needs to use it 15 times. We have only been able to do it once.”
Elmira Ismayilova said she was taking care of her son alone.
“My husband and I have been separated for years, he does not provide alimony or any financial support. I have brought Kamilla up to this day by myself.
