UCO receives emails from five other officials of the Provincial Council to investigate the signature of Sánchez’s brother

The judge in charge of investigating this case, Beatriz Biedma, president of the Court of Instruction number 3 of the capital of Badajoz, seeks to verify whether some prefer treatment, influence peddling or concert in favor of hiring the brother of the President of the Government.

The first time the UCO went to the Provincial Council, the agents seized emails from the professional account of the latter and of the president of the provincial body, Miguel Angel Gallardowho is in turn secretary general of the PSOE of Extremadura. And four other accusations.

In addition to the allegations of influence peddling, the magistrate is investigating the alleged crimes of embezzlement, fraud against the public treasury and prevarication.
