On September 25, Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ali Asadov met with Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus Vadim Sinyavsky.

It was reported that the meeting expressed satisfaction with the high level of interstate relations between Azerbaijan and Belarus and highlighted the key role of the Heads of State in ensuring dynamic development across the spectrum of bilateral cooperation.
It was reported that long-term cooperation relations have been established between the Ministries of Emergency Situations of the two countries in the field of prevention and elimination of the consequences of emergency situations, including the exchange of experience and the conduct of training.
The importance of signing the Comprehensive Action Plan for 2025-2027 in June this year for the implementation of the 2006 Cooperation Agreement between the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan and Belarus was highlighted.
During the meeting, prospects for expanding cooperation between Azerbaijan and Belarus in the field of emergency prevention and elimination of their consequences were discussed, and views were exchanged on the supply of fire-fighting equipment.
