Malaga, Seville and Granada are the provinces with the best energy efficiency data
The latest report on energy efficient homescarried out by the company specializing in real estate analysis ST Analytics, underlines that Andalusia has 434,420 energy-efficient homesclassified with labels type A, B, C and D.
Malaga It is located as an Andalusian province with higher percentage of green homeswhere at least 10% of its total housing is energy efficient. In the energy efficiency ranking, it is followed by Sevillewith a total of 92,962 efficient housing units. In third place is Grenade with 9.4% efficient houses.
This study provides a list of municipalities with more than 5,000 housing units with a higher percentage of houses energy classified A, B, C or D compared to its total housing stock. Andalusia has eight locations inside the top 50 of this list at the national level, three of which are located in Seville and three others in Malaga. The remaining two locations belong to Huelva And Almeria.
The most efficient municipalities in Andalusia
