Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Family, Women and Children Vitaly Milonov (United Russia) asked the Ministry of Culture to bring order to ticket prices for the Bolshoi Theater (SABT).
“I think the financial policy of the Bolshoi Theater seems excessive. This is a policy aimed at some nouveau riche and corrupt officials. Because an honest person cannot pay the amount of money demanded for the tickets. And for the family to go there is out of the question.” – the parliamentarian told the Moscow Agency.
Milonov recalled that the Bolshoi Theater is a state structure.
“Therefore, the Ministry of Culture must put prices in order. This is not a private store.” – concluded the deputy.
