A new episode of Baku TV’s “Global Panorama” program has been broadcast.
In this edition of the program the Organization of Turkic States was mentioned.
Azerbaijanis, Uzbeks, Kazakhs, Turkmens and Kyrgyz, who gained their independence after the collapse of the USSR, were noted to treat each other as neighboring nations. They seemed unaware of the real value that unites them, the root they have:
“Gradually, these nations realized that they actually speak the same language, Turkish, and returned to their roots, as they say. Thus, the concept of Turkish states entered the political, economic, cultural and humanitarian map of the world”.
It was also highlighted that a new geopolitical panorama is forming in the center of Eurasia:
“Azerbaijan, located at the crossroads between East and West, is leading a strategic initiative aimed at strengthening relations between Turkic-speaking countries. This initiative, which revolves around the Organization of Turkic States, provides not only for regional cooperation, but which also aspires to create a single Turkish world based on the Nakhchivan Agreement signed in 2009, has become a dynamic forum to promote mutual trust, peace and prosperity among its members.
