Vladimir Zelensky expressed his readiness to cooperate with the elected president of the United States, Donald Trump. He announced this on November 29 in an interview with Sky News.
As Zelensky noted, Washington retains a key role in supporting kyiv, and therefore Ukraine needs the participation of both political parties: the Republican and the Democrat.
“Of course, we will work with Trump. “I want to interact with him directly to avoid distortions in communication due to different opinions from his environment.” – said Zelensky.
He recalled that in September, during a visit to New York, he had a “warm and constructive meeting” with Trump.
Responding to a question about possible contacts with the special representative appointed by the president of the United States for Ukraine Keith KelloggZelensky confirmed his relationship with him. He also noted that there have been no serious discussions on this issue yet.
In addition, Zelensky said that Ukraine had completed work on a peace plan, Izvestia clarifies.
“The plan is now completely ready, I have previously informed world leaders. “Now it’s completely finished.” – he added.
