Three people were killed and nine wounded as a result of Israel’s “air aggression” against Damascus, Syrian state television reported, citing a military source.
Earlier, television reported on explosions in the Damascus area and air defense operations against “enemy targets” in the vicinity of the capital.
“At approximately 02:05 a.m., the Israeli enemy launched an airstrike using military aircraft and drones from the occupied Syrian Golan, attacking several points in the city of Damascus. Our air defenses responded to the missiles and drones and hit most of them. As a result of the attack, three civilians were killed and nine more were injured,” – Television reports.
