The Prosecutor’s Office attributes the crime of sexual assault on a minor to the accused during the trial which is being held this Monday at the Provincial Court
The Alicante public prosecutor’s office initially requests a prison sentence of twelve and a half years for a crime of sexual assault of a minor for a young student whom he accuses of having raped an underage high school classmate.
The attack occurred, according to the public accusation, on May 5, 2023 when the defendant and the victim met in a public park in a town in the region of Vinalopó Mitjà and they sat down on a bench. According to the prosecution, “the accused began to kiss the young girl, then aged 13, while touching her private parts.” Despite the refusal of the victim, who tried several times to push him away, “the man imposed himself on her sexually”, again according to the indictment.
The trial for these events is scheduled for this Monday, October 7 at the Provincial Court of Alicante.
In another trial which will also be held this Monday, they are provisionally asking for eight years in prison for two offenses of prostitution of minors and one offense of sexual abuse of a man whom the Prosecutor’s Office He is accused of having deceived two minors, aged 10 and 13 at the time of the events, so that they went to a place in Alicante and, once there, “mistreated them and offered them money in exchange of sexual relations.
According to information provided by the Superior Court of Justice of the Valencian Community, the public prosecutor affirms that on April 14, 2016, the defendant found the girls in the street and suggested that they go to an association where there were “toys and games”. Once there, he told them that “they had to have sex with him and he offered them money in exchange.” In addition, “he subjected one of the victims to touching her private parts” until she managed to escape.
