The PP accuses Pedro Sánchez of having “direct implications” in the Koldo affair: “Everything leads to the boss”

The general secretary of the PP, Cuca Gamarraassured that there was “direct implications” between Pedro Sánchez and the intrigue of the Koldo affair, after a new UCO report revealed that Koldo García asked a civil guard to check if the Prime Minister’s cell phone had been tapped.

“Everyone involved in this corrupt plot knew who the boss was and who they had to protect, the president of the government (…) There was an obsession, the obsession was to save President Sánchez as part of the plot,” he said. Gamarra this Wednesday to the media during an appearance without questions at the Congress of Deputies.

The secretary general of the PP assured that the new report from the Central Operational Unit (UCO) of the Civil Guard on the Koldo affair “confirms that the plot sought wassafe anal to be able to contact Pedro Sánchez”and it is for this reason that the former advisor to the Ministry of Transport Koldo García asked an investigating civil guard to verify that the cell phones of the President of the Government and the Minister of the sector at the time, José Luis Ábalos, n were not tapped.

“We are at the beginning of the discharges (of cell phones) and with that we are already there are direct implications of the conspiracy with the President of the Government, as we can see,” he added.

On the other hand, he reported that the PP would request as a charge in the case that the UCO “immediately” hand over all documents and recordings related to the plot “without restrictions”, so that no one can “covering up the Official Secrets Act in an attempt to protect them” in Sanchez. In this sense, he indicated that only the judge should determine what type of information is protected by official secrecy, and not the Government.
